鋁合金卷簾門安裝步驟（需要用到安裝人員 3 名）

Installation steps for aluminum alloy rolling shutter doors (requiring 3 installation personnel)

（1）打開鋁合金卷簾門包箱，核對附件和主件的清單；

(1) Open the aluminum alloy rolling shutter door box and check the list of accessories and main components;

（2）現場找正，在門洞上找出安裝中心線，確定支架板、卷簾門及兩側導軌的橫向安裝基準；

(2) On site alignment, find the installation centerline on the door opening, and determine the horizontal installation benchmark for the support plate, rolling shutter door, and two side guide rails;

（3）以門框下沿為準，確定支架板、卷筒軸、滾輪總成、卷簾門及兩側導軌的上下安裝基準；

(3) Based on the lower edge of the door frame, determine the installation benchmarks for the bracket plate, drum shaft, roller assembly, rolling shutter door, and two side guide rails;

（4）將支架板安裝至門框上方相應位置，支架板安裝到位后應保證卷簾門卷簾管兩端與法蘭有 2mm左右的間隙，以便調節；

(4) Install the bracket plate to the corresponding position above the door frame. After the bracket plate is installed in place, ensure that there is a gap of about 2mm between the two ends of the rolling shutter pipe and the flange of the rolling shutter door for adjustment;

（5）將鋁合金卷簾門的卷筒軸安放在支架板法蘭上，卷筒軸兩端插上開口銷固定， 1 人扶住卷筒，另外 2 人將卷簾門兩側導軌和密封膠條調整至安裝位置（門兩側縱梁） ；

(5) Place the roller shaft of the aluminum alloy rolling shutter door on the flange of the support plate, insert the opening pins at both ends of the roller shaft to fix it, one person holds the roller, and the other two people adjust the guide rails and sealing strips on both sides of the rolling shutter door to the installation position (longitudinal beams on both sides of the door);

（6）安裝下楣板至指定位置，安裝時應先將門框下沿徹底清潔，撕去下楣板上雙面膠保護紙后，安裝到位；

(6) Install the lower fascia board to the designated position. Before installation, thoroughly clean the lower edge of the door frame, tear off the double-sided adhesive protective paper on the lower fascia board, and install it in place;

（7）將卷簾門從兩側滾輪的上端滾過再通過兩側導軌上端導向處滑入導軌，再把兩側導軌和密封膠條固定在門兩側縱梁上（現場配打孔攻絲固定） ，安裝完畢后，應保證卷簾門能夠順利上下拉動；

(7) Roll the rolling shutter door over the upper ends of the rollers on both sides, then slide it into the guide rails through the upper guide points on both sides of the guide rails, and fix the guide rails and sealing strips on the longitudinal beams on both sides of the door (with on-site drilling and tapping fixation). After installation, ensure that the rolling shutter door can be smoothly pulled up and down;

（8）將卷簾拉下至鎖位，并在主軸一端（有兩孔）將定位銷與法蘭插牢，另一端定位銷也插好（見圖一） ，將簾管往關門的方向稍旋轉，使上勁定位銷能夠拿出為止（ 注意：此時不能馬上松手，以免卷簾快速回轉將手夾傷 ）；

(8) Pull the roller blind down to the lock position, and firmly insert the positioning pin and flange at one end of the main shaft (with two holes), and also insert the positioning pin at the other end (see Figure 1). Rotate the curtain tube slightly towards the direction of closing the door until the upward positioning pin can be removed (note: do not release it immediately at this time to avoid hand injury caused by rapid rotation of the roller blind);

在進行卷簾門安裝時，可能要對卷簾門的上下行程進行調整，以確保卷簾門開啟和關閉輕便、安全、準確、可靠。

When installing the rolling shutter door, it may be necessary to adjust the up and down travel of the rolling shutter door to ensure that it opens and closes easily, safely, accurately, and reliably.

（9）調試方法：雙手握住把手，對卷簾門門進行上下試拉，來調整扭轉彈簧力度，開門（往上稍有助力）太重即加，往下關門太重即減；加減彈簧力度的方法：先將上勁定位銷插上，將簾管連接帶上的螺釘松開，使連接帶與簾管分開，然后往關門的方向加轉為加力，往開門的方向為減力；

(9) Debugging method: Hold the handle with both hands and pull the rolling shutter door up and down to adjust the strength of the torsion spring. If the door is too heavy to open (with slight assistance upwards), increase it; if it is too heavy to close downwards, decrease it; The method of increasing or decreasing the spring force: First, insert the upward force positioning pin, loosen the screw on the curtain tube connecting strap to separate the connecting strap from the curtain tube, and then apply force in the direction of closing the door and decrease force in the direction of opening the door;

（10）安裝完畢，清理現場。

(10) After installation, clean up the site.
