　　不銹鋼卷閘門顧名思義就是不容易生銹的鋼材所制，這里的"不銹"是相對的，不是絕對的是相對于碳鋼而言。不銹鋼不容易生銹，但不是絕對不生銹，只是在相同條件和環境中，較碳鋼而言不容易被腐蝕和生銹。

　　Stainless steel roller shutter, as the name suggests, is made of steel that is not easily rusted. Here, "stainless" is relative, not absolute, relative to carbon steel. Stainless steel is not easy to rust, but it is not absolutely rust free. It is just that under the same conditions and environment, it is less likely to corrode and rust compared to carbon steel.

　　生銹"其實質是腐蝕或稱之為銹蝕，是由于鋼鐵表面與大氣中的氧、水分及其酸、堿、鹽等物質發生化學作用或電化學作用而引起的變色或腐蝕稱為銹蝕。表面產生的物質是"銹"是鐵的氧化物，也叫做物質氧化的過程。

　　Rust "is essentially corrosion, also known as rusting, caused by chemical or electrochemical reactions between the surface of steel and oxygen, moisture, acids, bases, salts, and other substances in the atmosphere, resulting in discoloration or corrosion. The substance produced on the surface is" rust ", which is an oxide of iron, also known as the process of material oxidation.

　　不銹鋼卷閘門為什么不易生銹，這就和鉻有著直接的關系了，在基體內加入12.5%以上的鉻。在氧化性腐敗無能蝕介質中，鉻能使鋼表面很快地生成一層致密的鈍化膜，防止金屬基體被破壞。當含鉻量在12.5%以上時，就會形成一層致密的穩定的鈍化膜，防銹性能發生躍進式的實變，耐銹蝕能力大大增強，這就是為什么不銹鋼中的含鉻量要有12%以上的原因。

　　The reason why stainless steel roller shutter is not easy to rust is directly related to chromium, which is added to the substrate with more than 12.5% chromium. In oxidizing and non corrosive media, chromium can quickly form a dense passivation film on the surface of steel, preventing the metal substrate from being damaged. When the chromium content is above 12.5%, a dense and stable passivation film will be formed, and the rust prevention performance will undergo a leap forward transformation, greatly enhancing the corrosion resistance. This is why the chromium content in stainless steel should be above 12%.

　　還有一種方法，就是在不銹鋼卷閘門加入鉻的同時，再加放適量的Ni、Mo、V等合金元素后，防銹性能更強。

　　Another method is to add chromium to the stainless steel rolling shutter, and then add an appropriate amount of alloy elements such as Ni, Mo, V, etc. to enhance its rust prevention performance.

　　其次是不銹鋼卷閘門的耐蝕性級還與碳量、含鉻量，表面處理狀態有關。不銹鋼卷閘門隨著含碳量的提高，防銹性能下降，3Cr13的防銹性能不及2Cr13。隨著鋼中含量的提高，防銹性能上升。表面處理方法和狀態同時影響防銹能力。卷閘門表面鍍鉻，電解拋光、鏡面拋光、砂帶、手工拋光的防銹性能依次遞減。

　　Secondly, the corrosion resistance level of stainless steel rolling gates is also related to the carbon content, chromium content, and surface treatment status. With the increase of carbon content, the rust prevention performance of stainless steel rolling gates decreases, and the rust prevention performance of 3Cr13 is inferior to that of 2Cr13. With the increase of steel content, the anti rust performance improves. The surface treatment method and state simultaneously affect the rust prevention ability. The rust prevention performance of the roller shutter surface is gradually reduced by chrome plating, electrolytic polishing, mirror polishing, sand belt polishing, and manual polishing.
